The WV District has the right to accept or deny a credit card payment if it does not meet payment requirements. In the event that a member is due to go into suspension at the end of the month, payments shall not be accepted from that member after the 25th of the month. The member ID used at login will will be the ID dues payment is directed toward. Any payment made shall be for the member ID entered at log in. Online payment will include a processing fee paid by the member. The WV District is not responsible for any loss of information that may transpire as a result of the use of the Paypal system.
